Why should I use YAPEAL as a capital deposits bank account? Can I use a different bank?
YAPEAL is a Swiss financial services provider that lets you open a capital deposit bank account in minutes, significantly accelerating the entire incorporation process. Currently, we can only support constitutions that utilise a YAPEAL capital deposit account. Once the constitution is completed, you will have the flexibility to transfer your capital to any other Swiss bank.
What additional costs can I expect?
Additional costs include digital signatures, fees for opening a bank account for capital deposits (if you incorporate a company) and commercial register fees. Please note that commercial register fees vary depending on the Canton.

To get started with Hoop, you will need an account on DeepBox for document storage. DeepBox is free for up to 3 users and offers 1 GB of storage. If you are a larger organization and require more than 3 employees to use Hoop, you will need to upgrade to a DeepBox paid plan.
